Common problems often involve damage to structures, corrosion of reinforcement and degradation of the concrete. Ingress of water leaks lead to poor working and storage conditions, storage conditions, hazards,  damage of property, equipment, materials and manufactured goods.  There can often be a loss of revenue as areas need to be evacuated or rentals cancelled. Consequential damage can occur through erosion of surrounding soil that can result in subsidence and extended damages. Delays in construction can cause adverse time, cost and money implications. TAM is often involved from the outset of a project, designing waterproof solutions using our range of cement based coatings or integral additives. Our range of leak sealing and resins are utilised on a daily basis across a wide range of underground construction projects. Our materials are used specifically in failed joint locations, cracks and honey-combed locations. They are also used for improving and consolidating ground where subsistence has occurred or where sheet piling is impractical.
